RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Returns and refunds will be done on damaged, faulty or incorrect items only. A refund request must be emailed with picture proof within 48 hours of your parcel being received.  

 

After this time we cannot be responsible for any faulty or damaged items. Please check your orders once they arrive. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days.

Any item that has been "personalised" will not be refunded or replaced, please consider carefully before placing an order.
